- providing the ongoing technical servicing of the premises,
- co-ordinating and monitoring the services provided by sub-contractors,
- ongoing servicing of tenants,
- supervising the timely receipt of all fees related to a property,
- performing other activities related to the management and administration of a building as ordered by the owner.
