This investment Project is carried out by two property development companies Empire Investments Sp. z o.o. based in Gorzow Wlkp, which started operation in 2007 and 2008 respectively. Drawing from their rich British-Polish experience, the property developer work on other investment projects located in major Polish cities. This housing estate has been designed by one design office, which is now in charge of the overall supervision over the project implementation. Thanks to its homogenous style, materials selected and colouring, the complex has a clear and coherent design vision. Despite this the architects carefully selected unique architectural details for each of the building making sure all houses are one of the kind.
