This housing estate has been designed by one design office, which is now in charge of the overall supervision over the project implementation. Thanks to its homogenous style, materials selected and colouring, the complex has a clear and coherent design vision. Despite this the architects carefully selected unique architectural details for each of the building making sure all houses are one of the kind.

The modern and luxury "Resident Park" housing estate is located near Szczecin in the middle of beautiful forests of the Dobra commune. Many will find a dream-come-true home in the comfortable and modern villas built close to the woods.

Surrounded by nature yet close to the city, the residential complex is an ideal place to enjoy both bustling city life and nature on a day-to-day basis. Still, there is more to this development than its favourable location:
